KATE SPADE ANNUAL REPORT

Kate Spade is an American luxury fashion design house. I completed this project in March of 2019. I wasn’t satisfied with how it turned out, so I revamped the whole thing in August of 2020. I took the pictures myself using my cousin as the model. She owns multiple Kate Spade items, so I thought she’d be perfect. It was a rainy day when we were both available to shoot, so we took them in my grandmothers house. I was wanting more of a retro vibe anyway, and her home is the same way it was when they built it in the 60s. This project was a little challenging for me because the pictures didn’t turn out quite how I intended. I decided to rectify this issue by gradient mapping the images and doodle bombing the whole thing. Overall I used Photoshop, Procreate, Illustrator, and InDesign. This project really pushed me to think creatively when in a tough situation.
